Office Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to: Organizing and managing files, acting as receptionist, scheduling meetings and appointments and supporting other staff with organizations tasks. Scheduling of employees. Responsible for Accounts receivable and payable. Office Manager reports directly to the Project/Operation Manager. Must be proficient in excel, word, numbers. Knowledge of Dropbox and Quickbooks online is a plus. Knowledge of HVAC systems and Pluming a plus. Pay commencement to experience. Applicant must be reliable, dependable and able to work in a fast paced environment.
